Full transparency on where our data comes from, how we build it, and how to use it responsibly.
RealEstateAgentList.Net is a US business-to-business data product company. We compile, clean, and package contact databases of licensed real estate professionals so that businesses serving the real estate industry — mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance providers, photographers, stagers, software vendors, and brokerages — can reach agents without spending weeks on manual research. This page explains exactly how that data is built, because we believe buyers deserve to know what they are getting before they purchase.
Every record in our database is compiled from publicly available sources. Real estate agents are licensed professionals whose contact details are published openly across licensing boards, association member directories, and major real estate platforms. We do not use private, hacked, or restricted data. Our primary public sources are:
We work with two complementary datasets. The first (sourced from Homes.com, Realtor.com, and RE/MAX) is richer in profile fields — office names, addresses, social profiles, and personal websites. The second (sourced from association directories) is heavier on verified email contacts and total record counts. We merge these two datasets into a single unified file per state and then deduplicate by email address, so each contact appears only once. The result is a single clean file that combines the breadth of association data with the depth of platform profile data.
Where the information is publicly available, each record can include: full name, first name, last name, email, cell phone, office phone, fax, office/brokerage name, office address, city, state, ZIP, county, association name, license number, years of experience, recently-sold count, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, personal website, profile URL, agent photo URL, and an about/description field.
Important honesty note: not every record contains every field. Coverage varies by state and by what each agent has chosen to make public. Email is consistently the strongest field; social data is mostly Facebook and is limited; there is no LinkedIn data sourced from association directories. We publish the actual field-coverage breakdown on each individual state page so you can see exactly what to expect before buying.
Public-record data is never 100% live — people change brokerages, retire, and update contact details over time. We clean and refresh our compilation on an ongoing basis, but we never claim a specific live-deliverability percentage, because no honest compiler can guarantee one. Instead, we strongly recommend running any list through an email verification service such as NeverBounce or ZeroBounce before launching a campaign. This removes stale addresses, protects your sender reputation, and maximizes deliverability.
Our data is intended for lawful B2B marketing. When you use it, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant — for example, honoring opt-outs, identifying yourself honestly, and including a valid physical address in marketing emails. We provide the data and the guidance; responsible use is a shared commitment.
The core value we offer is convenience and time saved. What would take weeks of manual collection across dozens of public sources, we deliver instantly in a clean, deduplicated, ready-to-use file. We would rather tell you honestly what the data is — and is not — than overpromise. If you have questions about our methodology, contact us any time.
