Every state database in our collection contains licensed real estate agents and realtors compiled from four publicly available sources — Realtor.com, Homes.com, RE/MAX.com, and state real estate association member directories. Records are merged, cleaned, and deduplicated so each agent appears only once in your file.
Each record includes up to 24 data fields: full name, first name, last name, email address, cell phone, office phone, fax, office name, office address, city, state, ZIP code, county, association name, license number, years of experience, recently sold count, Facebook profile, Twitter profile, LinkedIn profile, personal website, profile URL, agent photo URL, and about/description.
Approximately 95% of records include an email address. Not every record will have every field — contact details such as phone numbers and social media links are only included where the agent has made this information publicly available across our source platforms.
