1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing RealEstateAgentList.Net ("the Site") or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and Data

We sell compiled databases of US real estate agent contact information. All data is compiled from publicly available sources including Realtor.com, Homes.com, RE/MAX directories, and state real estate association listings. We do not warrant that data is 100% complete, current, or error-free. Records reflect publicly available information at time of compilation.

3. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the database for your own lawful B2B marketing purposes, including:

• Email marketing campaigns to real estate professionals
• Direct mail and phone outreach
• Custom audience uploads to advertising platforms
• CRM import and lead management
• Market research and business intelligence

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the data to any third party
• Spamming or any communications violating CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or applicable law
• Harassment, stalking, or harmful contact with individuals in the database
• Creating derivative databases for commercial distribution
• Any illegal activity or activity that violates rights of others

5. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with all applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). All email campaigns must include a valid physical address and functional unsubscribe mechanism. We are not liable for your use of the data.

6. No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via download link upon successful payment. If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, contact us at support@realestateagentlist.net and we will resolve it promptly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Data is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee any specific open rate, response rate, or marketing result. Email deliverability depends on factors beyond our control including your sending platform and domain reputation. We recommend verifying emails through NeverBounce or ZeroBounce before large-scale campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstateAgentList.Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

10. Intellectual Property

The compilation, arrangement, and presentation of data in our databases is our intellectual property. While underlying contact details are from public sources, the organized database files are proprietary. Unauthorized redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
